9 Things States Can Do To Fight Obamacare

The Galen Institute has written a list things states can do to fight Obamacare. Today, they updated this list to include our recommendation that states refuse a federal grant to implement a insurance rate review program that would give HHS the power to define the term "unreasonable rate review."

By refusing this grant, expected sometime this month, states will preserve their right to determine for themselves what is a reasonable health insurance rate.
